Delivery terms are agreed per order and quoted explicitly on each offer using standard Incoterms. Quotations and invoices are normally issued in US dollars or UAE dirhams. Yes. Suppliers can submit their company details and an offer through the registration form. Every supplier goes through a verification step before any purchase order is issued.نعم. يمكن للموردين إرسال بيانات شركتهم وعرضهم عبر نموذج التسجيل. ويخضع كل مورد لخطوة تحقّق قبل إصدار أي أمر شراء.

Registered companies normally receive a first response within two business days. Requests for custom sourcing take longer, because the supplier network has to be surveyed before a firm price can be given.تتلقى الشركات المسجّلة عادةً رداً أولياً خلال يومَي عمل. أما طلبات التوريد الخاص فتستغرق وقتاً أطول، لأنه يجب مسح شبكة الموردين قبل تقديم سعر نهائي.
